Tomoegawa is proud to offer a full range of toner services, including toner manufacturing, development of new toner, toner filling, testing, and contract manufacturing. We also have reverse engineering capabilities to better serve our customers. Our highly developed processes include both automated and computerized methods, offering multiple toner types including magnetic, non-magnetic, low fusing, and small particle sizes with filling weights from 15g to 90kg. Available toners are both monochrome and color, featuring mono-component, dual-component, and integrated trickle developing system for toner release. Our ISO compliant, high-quality toner products are suitable for use with copiers, printers, facsimile machines, wide format printers, high speed printers, and multifunction printers.

We provide custom packaging solutions, with standard packaging options including bottles, cartridges, 10kg bulk bags, and 90kg bulk drums. We boast three production locations and extensive manufacturing coverage, servicing the US, Japan, China, and covering all of the Americas from Canada to Argentina. At Tomoegawa, we have the capacity to cater to the particular needs of a range of customers including OEM professionals. Comprehensive testing and inspections are done on all products to ensure quality and integrity, beginning with verifying the grade of raw chemicals, along with inspecting the toner bottles, cartridges, and packaging materials. Our toner is guaranteed to specified performance for up to 2 years past ship date. Typical lead times are 30 days, and production volumes start at 500kg minimum.
